Delivery Information

 

UK Standard Delivery

 

First class postage is free within the UK.

 

We use 1st Class postage with Royal Mail – Please allow extra time for your card to arrive as there are some delays with in some areas.

UK Next Day & Weekend Delivery

 

Special Delivery (Before 1pm) is £7.65

Special Delivery (guraranteed to arrive on a Saturday) is £11.50

   

Europe & Worldwide Delivery

 

At present we are only sending cards within the UK.

  

Packaging

 

Most of our cards are packaged in an environmentally friendly cellophane wrapper and will be delivered in a board backed postal envelope for protection.  Where possible we will package multiple items together so you’ll receive them at the same time.

 

We can send cards direct to the recipient.  In this case they are sent in a high quality white envelope. 

 

Returns

 

Due to the cards being personalised, we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by refund or a replacement card.

 

We cannot be held responsible if we have been given incorrect details or misspelled names. We take information directly from the text you add on the product page or the message you send us.
