Returns
Due to the cards being personalised, we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own.
If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by refund or a replacement card.
We cannot be held responsible if we have been given incorrect details or misspelled names.
We take information directly from the text you add on the product page or the message you send us.
All items that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in a new and unused condition.
The postage costs to return items is the buyers responsibility.
