Personalised Products

As all of our products are personalised to your own requirements we do not accept returns unless there is a mistake with the item. If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. We do not accept cancellations once your order has been sent to you.

If we have made a mistake then please do contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We promise to work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
